Food Factory Hygiene Design Training From WONE Successfully Held
From October 14 to 15, the 50th session of the "Food Factory Planning Training" program, organized by United Food Safety (Food 580), was successfully
held at the Hefei Operations Center. As part of Food 580’s ongoing offline training initiatives, this program is designed to provide mid-to-senior-level
management in food enterprises with a comprehensive perspective and detailed considerations for the construction, renovation, or expansion of food
production facilities—ultimately empowering them to make more informed planning decisions.

It is well understood that food factory planning plays a pivotal role in a food enterprise's future operations. Rather than resorting to costly, painful, and
piecemeal adjustments later on, it is far better to think everything through clearly before construction begins.
Having witnessed many companies encounter significant setbacks due to flawed planning, the technical team at Food 580 became firmly committed to
providing professional technical services and training in "Food Factory Planning." Our goal is to offer expert guidance upfront, sparing food enterprises
from the countless frustrating compromises that often arise later.

Focusing on Planning: A Systematic Approach

During the training, the Food 580 planning team provided a systematic overview of key topics, including compliance requirements for factory sanitary
design, the fundamental planning process, site layout strategies, production workshop design, changing room configurations, water supply and drainage
systems, pest control, and sanitation/disinfection facilities. Through an interactive exploration of case studies featuring well-designed food processing
facilities, participants learned about the entire planning lifecycle—from initial information gathering and defining project objectives to master planning,
workshop layout, and the integration of supporting infrastructure.

Active Discussion and Substantial Takeaways
The training sessions were characterized by lively discussions, prompt feedback, and a strong rapport between participants and instructors, fostering an
excellent learning environment. By the end of the two-day program, participants expressed that they had gained a wealth of knowledge—so much so that
they wished for more—and noted that the insights provided would be highly valuable for their future work.

The "Food Factory Planning Training" program will continue to be offered in the future; please stay tuned for further updates.
