EFC-325H Fixed Foam Cleaning Machine
Installation:
fixed station ——just need to connect the water, air and power.
Four functions, one valve:
rinsing → alkaline foam → acidic foam → disinfection, switched
with one handle.
Large cleaning cover:
25 m food-grade high-pressure hose — one station serves a large
open workshop instead of several small machines.
Smart i-clean system:
Check and set the data
Designed for:
meat plants, seafood processing, bakeries, central kitchens and
ready-meal facilities with large open cleaning zones.

The WONE EFC-325H is a fixed (stationary) foam cleaning machine that does open-area sanitation in food factory workshops: high-pressure
rinsing, alkaline foam, acidic foam and disinfection from a single integrated valve, delivered through a 25 m food-grade high-pressure hose. Its
7-inch i-clean controller keeps 30 days of cleaning records, shows at a glance whether today's cleaning was finished, and files an automatic
check-in that only administrator-level users can see — so the machine, not the worker's word, proves the job was done.
Four cleaning modes on one integrated valve
All four functions pass through one integrated valve body, so an operator changes mode by turning a single handle — no re-plumbing, no
second machine, no chance of picking up the wrong lance. The valve has a stop position that shuts off water and chemical together.

Mode 1
High-pressure rinsing
Removes loose product, blood, crumbs and surface soil before foam is applied, and rinses chemical residue away afterwards.
Mode 2
Alkaline foam
Clinging alkaline foam breaks down organic soil: fat, oil, grease and protein. Foaming on the surfaces and let the foam hold the contact time.
Acidic foam
Acidic foam dissolves inorganic soil: limescale, milkstone and calcium/magnesium deposits left by hot water, steam and blanching operations.
Mode 4
Disinfection
Applies sanitiser evenly after the surface is clean, for microbial control in high-care and high-risk zones.
Fixed vs mobile foam cleaning: which one does your plant need?
WONE builds both. The right choice depends on how your floor is laid out, not on which machine is newer.

Best for |
Meat halls, seafood halls, large bakeries, central kitchens |
Multi-room plants, small zones, flexible routes |
Many plants run both: fixed stations for the main hall, mobile units for the rooms the hose cannot reach. See the EFC-325W mobile foam
cleaner and the full foam cleaning machine range.
Where the EFC-325H is used?
Meat & poultry processing
Fat, protein and bloodSlicing and cutting halls, deboning rooms, smokehouses, marinating tumblers. Alkaline foam handles fat and protein film; rinsing clears blood
and bone dust from floors and drains.
Seafood & aquatic processing
Salt, slime and scale
High humidity and salt leave mineral film on walls and tanks. Acidic foam removes the scale; disinfection follows on surfaces that contact ready
-to-eat product.
Bakery & confectionery
Caramelised sugar and flour dust
Ovens, proofing rooms, mixers, depositors and cooling tunnels. Flour dust and baked-on sugar need foam that clings to vertical and overhead
surfaces.
Central kitchen & ready meals
Mixed soil, high care zones
Cooking kettles, blanching lines, packing rooms. Mixed organic and inorganic soil in the same hall is exactly where the alkaline + acidic
combination pays off.
Frequently asked questions
A: What is the difference between the EFC-325H and the EFC-325W foam cleaning machine?
Q: The EFC-325H is a fixed, stationary station with a 25 m food-grade hose for large open workshops; the EFC-325W is a mobile unit on
wheels with a 15 m hose for smaller or partitioned rooms. Both offer alkaline foam, acidic foam, rinsing and disinfection.
A: Why are there two kinds of foam — alkaline and acidic?
Q: They remove different soils. Alkaline foam breaks down organic soil: fat, oil, grease and protein. Acidic foam dissolves inorganic soil:
limescale, milkstone and calcium/magnesium deposits left by hot water, steam and blanching. A plant that only uses alkaline detergent will
keep fighting scale that alkali cannot remove.
A: How does the machine prove that workers actually cleaned?
Q: Two ways. First, the panel shows a daily status — cleaned or not cleaned — based on real rinse and foam running time. Second, once the
accumulated time reaches the set value, the system writes an automatic cleaning check-in that nobody can enter manually. The check-in
record is stored in an administrator-level menu, so operators cannot see or change it. If a worker claims the area was cleaned and the panel
still shows a red cross, the cleaning did not happen.
A: Can operators see or edit the cleaning check-in record?
Q: No. The check-in record is only visible in the administrator-level menu. Ordinary users and cleaning workers cannot see it, cannot edit it
and cannot create it manually — it is written by the machine from actual running time.
A: How much area can one EFC-325H station cover?
Q: With a 25 m hose, the theoretical circle is about 1,960 m² (π × 25²). In practice, plan on 50–70% of that figure because equipment, racking
and walls shorten the usable radius. Open halls reach 1,200–1,900 m²; halls with production lines 700–1,200 m²; dense layouts 300–700 m².
A: Is the hose safe for food production areas?
Q: Yes. The 25 m hose is a food-grade high-pressure hose suitable for use in food plant environments, and it is stored on the machine's reel
rather than left on the floor.
A: Which food factories use this machine?
Q: Meat and poultry plants, seafood and aquatic processing plants, bakeries and confectionery plants, central kitchens and ready-meal
facilities — anywhere with large open areas that are washed down every shift.
A: What services are needed to install it?
Q: Water, compressed air, electricity, a chemical supply and floor drainage at the mounting position, plus a wall or column able to carry the
unit. WONE provides a layout and utility checklist before installation.
A: Can the foam concentration be adjusted?
Q: Yes. Chemical concentration is adjustable and the closed chemical tank is lockable, so dosing stays consistent and unauthorised changes
are prevented.
