The PBW-21G solves this with a channel-through design and an extended-length horizontal brush that covers the full boot sole—from heel to 

toe, edge to edge. Designed specifically for international markets, it accommodates larger work boots and taller footwear profiles common in 

global food factories.

The PBW-21G features a longer horizontal brush, providing wider cleaning surface per pass. This ensures complete sole coverage for large-

size work boots, including the edges and textured grooves that standard brushes often miss. The food-grade high-strength polyester fiber 

brush is durable, corrosion-resistant, and safe for all footwear types.

Employees simply walk through at a normal pace. A photoelectric diffuse reflection sensor detects their presence and automatically activates 

the brush rotation. No buttons to press, no bending, no stopping. The channel design supports continuous flow—multiple workers pass through

without queuing, making it ideal for shift changes.
